Can Coatings Cut Climate Change?

The latest newsletter from the National Paint & Coatings Association discusses how the coatings industry can contribute to the conversation about climate change. Some of the issues include allowing state by state limits on greenhouse gas emissions and how that affects regulations at the national level.
