The Package Breaks You

Everyone knows getting a kid's toy out of a package worthy of spent nuclear fuel rods is maddening. So, is there a valuable message from anti-plastic groups about waste in over-packaging? Did the "No New Plastic for February" challenge show that consumers are really lashing out at plastics because of frustrating over-packaging?
