I see lawsuits in the making for bruised knees and noses.

The solution (for avoiding future lawsuits) will be to install padding on the bottom wall.

First the owner of this building lost a nuisance lawsuit and was ordered to build a ramp for ADA compliance. Second, the complainant had a reputation of never returning to the business following the lawsuit. Third, the owner had the last laugh when this ramp was deemed in compliance with the order and the law. Finally, we have a another remarkable photo demonstrating the incompetence of government regulations.

The only thing missing on this OSHA approved runaway ramp is the cushion at the bottom. Other than that it all looks good. Curly O'Shea, OSHA Inspector Badge #K2383396754.
