Is the Wireless Industry Overstepping on App Ratings?

A new mobile app rating system has been introduced by the wireless trade industry association (CTIA) and Entertainment Software Rating Board. The system will guide parents and children whenever mobile apps show inappropriate content. Obviously, app developers believe they should rate their own games. What do you think?

thankfully someone is out there checking these apps out so kids can have some protection against scams and porn
