On the Offensive in Cyberwar

The inability to successfully fend off cyberattacks and identify those carrying them out against U.S. military, industry, and key infrastructure has led some cyberspace experts to conclude that a stronger offense is the only way to come out on top because today's cyber defenses are inadequate at best. Are there any alternatives?

I'll give you a GA too coz you are in my head.

Solution is just that simple.

If the systems are unplugged and still being compromised then there be traitors...

They have procedures to deal with that.
