Well, the boat is also my food supply, and it's high in fiber. And since I converted the outboard motor to run off methane...

Oceanic pod people began trickling into San Francisco Bay harbor today, their origin is not known at this time and they will be held by immigration until a determination is made....The pod people don't speak, but seem to understand each other somehow...So far we've counted about 20, but they keep arriving as we speak...

This guy was overheard sing an old Sea Shanty that we all know and love....

Refrain:

Weigh heigh and up she rises (/Hoo-ray and up she rises)

Weigh heigh and up she rises (/Patent blocks of different sizes)

Weigh heigh and up she rises

Early in the morning

Traditional verses:

What shall we do with a drunken sailor,

What shall we do with a drunken sailor,

What shall we do with a drunken sailor,

Early in the morning?

Put/chuck him in the long boat till he's sober.

Put him in the long-boat and make him bale her.

What shall we do with a drunken soldier?

Put/lock him in the guard room 'til he gets sober.

Put him in the scuppers with a hose-pipe on him.(x3)

Pull out the plug and wet him all over

Tie him to the taffrail when she's yardarm under

Heave him by the leg in a runnin' bowline.

Scrape the hair off his chest with a hoop-iron razor.

Give 'im a dose of salt and water.

Stick on his back a mustard plaster.

Keep him there and make 'im bale 'er.

Give 'im a taste of the bosun's rope-end.

What'll we do with a Limejuice skipper?

Soak him in oil till he sprouts a flipper.

What shall we do with the Queen o' Sheba?

What shall we do with the Virgin Mary?

Additional verses:

Shave his chin with a rusty razor.

Shave his belly with a rusty razor.

Give 'im a hair of the dog that bit him.

Put him in the bilge and make him drink it.

Put him in bed with the captain's daughter.

Genetically Engineered Pumpkin Grows Fully Functional Outboard Motor

They were trying to grow a mouse's ear. "We've grown mouse ears on a lot of things, so a pumpkin didn't seem that hard" said a spokesman for the scientists. While they are disappointed the experiment didn't yield the expected results, even the scientists agree that an outboard motor is much more useful than a mouse ear.

My bad. What I meant, and should have said was 'Jonah' instead of 'Noah' in my previous post. - Kind of ruins the intention of the intended humour, doesn't it? Sorry, and never mind, Loupy.

brain farts - I hate them, but they are becoming more happenning oftenner to me.

Then, again, what's really wrong about about a "Noah's Ark" comment on this mariner's situation?

Such as: "Where are all the critters going to fit? - Every man/woman for his/her self."

We have captured the "Q" bomb, and are holding Dr. Kokintz in a secure location.

There are 753 more ships behind me, just like mine.

Resistance is futile.
