The architecture of the Palais Rohan is quintessential Baroque....The Sydney Opera House is termed Expressionist...Both pure examples of their respective styles....

As SolarEagle pointed out, the image refers to Palais Rohan in Strasbourg. This building utilizes the artistic style Baroque to create more emotion in the essence of the building. Other buildings that have also employed the baroque style of architecture include the

Ludwigsburg Palace:

And the Der Dresdner Zwinger:

Bonus points go to RedFred whom was able to identify the Sydney Opera in space!

The bonus image has been doctored just a little in the background. The images of the Sydney Opera house and possibly a parabolic antenna have been added on either side of the Apollo 12 Lunar Excursion Module. The un-doctored foreground image is presumably Pete Conrad (Alan Bean is taking the picture) standing next to the Surveyor 3. I guess you'd have to call the architecture of the un-doctored structures 60's space exploration. Since some prefer to answer the question "Where is this?" I'll just say that most of Surveyor 3 still resides at Mare Cognitum. (At the time of Apollo 12, the Sydney Opera house was near the end of its fifteen year construction.)
