It looks like a wine cave, but I don't recall if I've ever been to this one.

Just guess it's an old cellar and by the large closed up opening a wine cellar.

Perhaps a converted railway tunnel/ road bridge.

Somewhere in the tropics, Philipines, Japan or Indonesia? Somewhere the Dutch or Italians colonised. I suspect not the British, as the stonework is informal.

I would guess it might be the carriage house of a large estate (or maybe a hostel), most likely located in a temperate climate, not the tropics. The stone construction suggests to me maybe 1700's to 1800's- New England if in the States, England, Northern France, Germany or other North European locale...

Napoleon's brother resided in New Iersey for a decade or two. His estate had a "secret" access tall enough to ride out on a horse.

The open door appears to have been framed in: The door to the left is still the original size.
From the slight perspective view of the closed door, building appears to be round.
Cannot tell if we are looking at a spire top roof, or we are looking at a gable end.

I am going with a railroad roundhouse with a turntable inside the building. Probably for smaller equipment, maybe a mine. Building was long ago repurposed.

With the flue to the right and the door to the left could it be some type of kiln that has been repurposed?

If you look closely in the doorway, you can see a people barrier, like at an attraction, for keeping people in line...and a large mural on the wall inside...then there's that strange short round structure which looks to be in the middle of the sidewalk at the entrance...

"The Fountain of Youth Historical Park offers guests a chance to observe the first Spanish settlement in the new world. Founded by Spanish explorer Pedro Menendez de Aviles in 1565, the Fountain of Youth is on the site of the first and oldest continuous European settlement in North America. Long before the Spanish came to 'la Florida' the Timucuan Indian's village of Seloy was established for nearly 3,000 years! Then in 1513, Juan Ponce De Leon claimed Florida for the Spanish crown, and no other colonies were successful until Menendez came in 1565."

What if the expression "don't drink the water" is all just a clever ruse to hide other fountain of youths in some countries

"The Fountain of Youth Archeological Park is a 15-acre, waterfront historical attraction. Here you can visit multiple interesting sites such as the Planetarium, the Native Timucua Village, the two story Discovery Globe mapping all the Spanish routes, stroll through the waterfront property where peacocks roam, and drink from the legendary Fountain of Youth waters all the while learning about our nation's oldest city St. Augustine! There is free parking and also the park is pet friendly. "

The truth of the matter is that the real Fountain of Youth is not in Florida, but in New Baunfels, Texas, a few miles north of San Antonio. Ponce found it, and now lives in comfortable retirement in the referenced village- he personally set in motion the myth that he died mysteriously on the search because he did not want to share with the King...

That could be a wine cellar or a bomb shelter or someone's tomb. But what looks like a sewer man hole in front of the structure leads me to believe it is something more mundane...
