If bigger is better, than size would be reason enough for
you to attend IMTS 2012. With more than
82,000 visitors and over 1,800 exhibitors, the International Manufacturing
Technology Show (IMTS) is one of the world's largest industrial tradeshows and the
largest event of its kind in America. Thinking of walking the show? Then you
might want to bring your sneakers, or at least a pair of comfortable shoes.
IMTS 2012 spans 1.2 million net square feet of show floor space across 10
pavilions.
U.S. Manufacturing
Demands Greater ROI
Deciding whether or not to attend a tradeshow is a bit more
complicated than choosing walking shoes. Cost-conscious exhibitors and value-hungry
visitors demand a return on their investment (ROI), both in terms of time and
money. For American manufacturers, the stakes are high. Efforts to strengthen
U.S. manufacturing and encourage re-shoring are underway, but your business
has day-to-day concerns all its own. To strengthen the bottom line, you need to
find new ways to cut costs and boost efficiency.
How IMTS 2012 Can Help
Your Business
IMTS 2012 is the place to find solutions, all under one roof
and all at the same time. Interactive sessions examine proven tools and
emerging technologies, with a special focus on business development and increased
productivity. With the highest concentration of buyers and decision makers in
the metal working industry, IMTS 2012 is the place to network with peers, learn
about new technologies, and fill your toolbox and your sales pipeline. So put
on your walking shoes and visit
BRM in Booth N-7263.

manufacturer of honing tools, abrasive nylon brushes, deburring brushes,
automotive brushes, power brushes, and twisted-in-wire brushes, we stand ready
to help you find the right solutions for your finishing needs. With American-made
products used in a wide range of industries and

Deglazing, Cross-Hole Deburring, and Chamfer Blending
Michael Miller, BRM's Vice President of Global
Sales, will be glad to answer your questions about the Flex-Hone tool for deglazing, cross-hole deburring,
and chamfer blending. This versatile, flexible cylinder hone is ideal for
deglazing and refinishing cylinder walls in all types of gasoline and diesel
engines. The Flex-Hone is also great for deburring, the process of removing the
raised particles and shavings that are created during metal machining.
Additional Flex-Hone applications include chamfer blending, which removes micro-burrs and stress risers.
In-Machine Deburring, Edge Radiusing, and Surface Conditioning
BRM will also showcase its NamPower family
of brush tools at IMTS 2012. These high-performance brush tools for in-machine
deburring, edge radiusing, and surface conditioning are easily integrated into both
manual and automated finishing machinery, including CNC machining centers,
transfer lines, and robotic cells. Industrial applications for NamPower abrasive disc brushes include
extrusion and fine blanketing, appliance manufacturing, and the deburring,
cleaning, surface preparation, and resurfacing of plastic and aluminum
automotive parts.
