Apple, Samsung, Asus, any tablet maker by now must have gotten used to selling a whole new device with only a couple really 'new' components (maybe processors and RAM) but selling those tablets with a lot of unchanged parts (bluetooth, gps chips, etc) you don't see a whole lot of change in certain parts. If they can sell you basically the same stuff all over again, and people have gotten used to doing it, I don't think they'll adopt an idea like this.

It would be good for us, but when have they done anything for that reason?
