Oh! This is a foot lbs torque wrench and the specs are in inch lbs........ Darn it!

You now know why Arnold S. is not a mechanic, the German measure of torque, tighten her down till she strips out and then back it off a quarter of a turn.

This happens all the time to people when Hot 'N Now burger has a sale 1/2 hour after they eat.

Since they went out of business, it stopped happening.

One more twist and the 'Dakota' pipeline will need to be repaired; then it will be 'a patchy' pipeline.

Like all trades, they have initiations for the 'new guy'.

Well, Jim's the new guy, and before the boss went to lunch, the boss told him when fitting the pipe, if the pipe length is too short, to use the pipe stretcher to make it fit.

And if the pipe comes up too long to use the pipe stretcher backwards to shorten it.

Then Jim's boss told Jim to have it done by the time he comes back from lunch.

Well to Jims boss's surprised, Jim done what he was told, and now Jim's boss's, boss told Jim's boss, he's fired and Jim was promoted.

It's hard to see, because the crease hides most of it, but you can just barely read the words "Made in China" on that pipe.
