this is ...

...entrance to the wee cathedral. Here is the church, here is the steeple, open the door and see all the peeple.

St. Patrick's Cathedral? No that was totally foolish, no Catholic would be seen in such a humble place as that.

Actually, I am pretty sure that place is a sport bar in Lubbock, TX.

This week’s post featured the Oakbourne water tower in West Chester, PA. Less is known regarding the construction of the water tower itself, but the mansion on the property was refurbished in a similar style in 1884. It was at this time the owners, who acquired the property in 1882, named the property and mansion “Oakbourne.” The property was later used as a women’s convalescent home, and is now a park owned by the township.
