Are We Really Combating Counterfeiting?

U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), Susan C. Schwab, has set her sights on vigorously protecting intellectual property. Currently working with U.S. trading companies to create tougher laws, Schwab claims that the World Trade Organization is only "enforcing minimum standards right now." What other steps can be taken to stop counterfeit apparel?
