Material or Mythical Metal Markets

Is the market outlook in 2008 for base non-ferrous metals as rosy as our lead story would indicate? Will base metals have a positive year in 2008? Or, are the nickel, copper, lead, zinc, and aluminum markets heading for a downturn? Why (or why not) are the markets for nickel, copper, lead, zinc, and aluminum poised for growth this year?
