Run Hipot Tests Safely

Hipot tests help ensure cable assembly safety, but, according to Test&Measurement World, run them safely. They advise clearly marking hipot test stations and using non-conducting work surfaces and chairs. Use interlock switches that require operators to use both hands so it can't be started accidentally. How do you conduct hipot testing?
