Test Data That Makes Sense

To an engineer proof is everything; yet presenting complicated test data can be daunting. ASTM International recently updated Manual 7A on Presentation of Data and Control Chart Analysis. It guides the reader through ways to present test data, from basic representations, to +/- uncertainty levels, to charting and graphs. How do you make data understandable?
