Macquisition and Macanalysis

If the Macintosh is your preferred platform for data acquisition or analysis, you may be glad to know that there's now a 64 bit-capable acquisition program that runs on Mac OS X. The application also utilizes hardware-accelerated graphics in order to acquire data in real-time at rates up to 50,000 samples/second. How prevalent are Macs in the data acquisition realm?
