Bigger-than-Ever Chinaplas

Posted April 04, 2008 8:22 AM

According to the Web site for Chinaplas 2008, the country claims world bragging rights for volume of plastics processing machines produced, second for plastic products, and third for plastic resin use. What does this mean for the April 17-20 show in Shanghai? A lot of visitors and a show that is 30% bigger than last year. Beyond the technical seminars, forums, and exhibits, the show will feature displays on plastics in sports, leading up to the summer Olympics in Beijing.

The preceding article is a "sneak peek" from Plastics & Resins, a newsletter from GlobalSpec. To stay up-to-date and informed on industry trends, products, and technologies, subscribe to Plastics & Resins today.
