Green aliens and UFOs said to visit UK

From Yahoo! News: Odd News:

Aliens from outer space have been visiting Britain for years and UFO sightings doubled after the film Close Encounters was released in 1977, according to secret files collating reports by members of the public. The alien craft come in all shapes, sizes and colours but their occupants are uniformly green, the Ministry of Defence files show.

There are many credible witnesses who have placed their reputations on the line, over UFO's and the like.

Sure there are also crackpots, but the credible witnesses deserve a proper hearing.

I agree, and I have also heard of many of those who have mysteriously disappeared after doing so. I have a sister, and know of others who have seen a UFO, and yet, how do you explain it? I have a VHS tape in my collection about UFO sightings, so some people have been heard.

If those aliens are so smart, why would they go to the UK? Don't they know the music there is toxic? No one has yet presented one of those green men as evidence. The fact remains that there are many con men and pranksters in the UK, and that explains why there are more 'sightings' there.

It would make sense that since space travellers would be more likely to be tech-savvy engineers, and since being cooped up in a tin can flying for centuries (without external resources to speak of) requires extrodinary and sustainable efficiency, that these engineers would have read "Green Engineering, Environmentally Conscious Design" by Allen & Shonard. They're green engineers!

I've been thinking overnight about that "Odd News' item.

Perhaps these Aliens are relatives of the Ovine Family, and are dyed in the wool.
