Tech's Darling Half Dozen

It is tough to resist scanning—and weighing in on lists. For engineers, this should be especially true about SME's annual list of emerging technologies that 'Could Change the Way You Manufacture'. Among six top ranked techs, two involve nanotech and two involve 3D rapid manufacturing. What's your take? Do you agree these are the techs that are changing the world?
