If there is a standard, you might find it on the Cable Tray Institute website. In their FAQ section they link to the NEMA standards for Cable Trays.
This pdf shows various colors available for cable charts. As far as I can determine, the only standard color meaning is safety yellow. I don't believe there is any significance to the other colors.
