Retired mechanical engineer whose career within the government started in mechanical design and ended in safety related committee/admin roles in transport, aviation and medical products. The later years included commercial experience as a builder/developer and contract work in vehicle standards and acquiring a post graduate qualification in arbitration.

Interests include anything new and technical but with an emphasis on anything mechanical electrical/electronic or automotive.
