Been fishin since I was a small kid maybe 8, my neighbor "Uncle Benny" started the whole thing. I became quite serious in my teens and early 20's (great escape from the rigors of life at the time). Started fly fishing and tying, moved on to ocean, now there are some big fish!!!. Slowed down until recently. Now I go as time allows, still not as much as I would like but I do love it when I get out on the water, be it salt or fresh.
Started again after a 15 year hiatus. I stopped because no one but myself would eat what I shot. Now that the kids are older and I have lots of vacation time I started again in 2007. I bagged a small doe, it was good eating.
Can't wait for this years season (2008). Bad news, I didn't see a tail all season. Ughhhhh
