    Weapons were always forrunners of technological deveoppment. In comarison with industrial technics there is at least 10 years of advance. It is also quite clear why for weapons there always money for research available.

    In fact this is the old problem a gun strong enough to pierce the armour and then an armour strong enough to resist the bullets and so on....
