38 years as an electrician and counting which also includes 20 years as an engineering tech in compact disc media manufacturing.

Currently 11 years as a GCA Accredited Clubmaker fitting and building golf clubs for the masses and enjoying myself immensely.

Started playing at age 9 on a Sears Silvertone acoustic guitar my mother had purchased several years before. At age 12, my parents purchased a Yamaha acoustic for me as a gift (I still have it after 41 years and it plays well). Played professionally thru my teens into early 20's but that finally had to take a backseat to a more "respectable" (LOL) profession. Haven't played in front of a crowd in a long time but still play as much a possible for my own satisfaction and the pure love of everything that is music.

My most recent guitar purchase was a Taylor 814ce that I fell in love with in 2000 and just Had to own. It is a pure joy to play and the sound is exceptional.

Now if I can just get my fingers to do what my brain is telling them, then all will be well with the world.

20+ years in optical media manufacturing. Loved every moment of it! Now semi-retired due to injury but still keep in touch with production design and machinery for small manufacturers.
