E6013 for IS 2062 Grade A Material

shall we use E6013 for IS 2062 Grade A(upto 20mm thk) material. if yes, can you tell as per which code(IS, AWS, ASME etc) it is?

The decision for "shall we" is with your customer.

Ask them!

In your line of business you better get a set of tables with code references and material specifications. It pays in the long run.

Try my other link. It works. Found this in 2 seconds.

Also it is kind a funny you ask the question.

Per which code it is, is your definition. So if you build per IS its IS if by ASTM its ....

It is not possible to tell from here whether <...we...> will do that. Not being a part of <...we...> is a large component of the uncertainty.
