Engineering Student, Connecting w/ Engineering Community

01/17/2016 9:05 PM

I am a student that is interested in becoming a Mechanical Engineer I am looking for a forum where I can connect with a community of like minded individuals. I have created this post with the intent of meeting someone in the Engineering field that I can interview for a class project, but I also hope to use this site as a tool to study the different concepts, thought processes and theory used in Engineering.

I don't know why Lyn's comment was marked off topic, those are all good websites for what the OP was asking for. So what if they are not on this site. That is just small-minded thinking and I assume it is the Moderators who marked off topic. Bad Form!

Well, that isn't exactly what CR4 is designed for, nevertheless, welcome. Do feel free to chime-in on various posts, and to post on topics that are not covered in coursework.

Do read the Code of Conduct and the FAQs on the right ------>

Maybe the robo OT generator was just out of sorts that day.
