Any Professional Engineers Willing to Answer a Few Questions?

Hi. My name is Nik and I'm an Engineering student. I have an assignment due and it's just a short interview about your career/work. Is there anyone willing to have a short interview with me? If so, you can email me at (email removed - cr4 admin) Here are the questions that I need to ask:

Here are a few questions to guide your organization interview
1. What is your name, position here, and responsibilities and how long have youworked here?
2. What is your educational background and how did that or subsequent trainingprepare you for your current position?
3. What opportunities do you have for on-going training and education?4. For you, what are the greatest rewards of working here?5. What are the greatest challenges of working here?6. If you are a person of faith, how do you express that faith in your current position?
In the helping professions in general?
7. What is the mission statement of the organization? What are its guidingvalues/principles?
8. In brief, could you describe the history of this organization - how did it come to be?
9. How is the organization adhering to that mission statement and guidingvalues/principles?
10. How are you funded?11. How do you measure results; how do you know you are being effective?12. How do handle confidentiality, and what are the ethical guidelines for your

Ask them of him, and insist on detailed answers.

This might fly as an oral interview, but it would take several pages of writing to answer these questions, with a lot of scrolling up and down to do so.

You were a good sport in your reply to me, and I was tempted to relent and answer this; but it it really is too burdensome. Sorry.
