Endress Hausser Mapping How to do Unknown Level

I want to know how to do mapping with unknown level.pls give me step by step option.and what is the difference between envoloped curve+mapping and envoloped curve?how to find out blocking distance?
my LT installed in spherical tank with stilling well tank shape also we put stilling well.Empty calibration 15500mm and full calibration 12000mm.So i want to know mapping with unknown level tx showing 110% same near other showing 68% i cant drain zero now.so how to do proper mapping.i need step by step through hart.i read manual but not mention properly tx also fluctuatting some time.

Perhaps surprisingly, integrating the volume of a partially filled sphere is easier than that of a partially filled horizontal cylinder.
