Thanks for your response.

I would like to know what are the most important parameters that should be considered if an injection molding is going to be designed? I need the very top and most important concept of that. Thanks

Sounds very rudimentary (and that's giving more credit than deserved) from the OP.

With the replies, we'll address the problem when we cross that bridge.

From what the OP has given, the 'bridge' is likely to be a single strand of spidersilk across the Grand Canyon.

I, for one, refuse to cross a bridge so frail I cannot see it when standing in front of it.

Hi there, there are online freelance sites on the web where you can consult experts or potential collaborator or contractor at cheap rate on your budget.

One good site is www.upwork.com

The easiest way to get around this is, to model it in 3D solid with attributes and run FEA.

Will it be an automatic gearbox, or...

That breeze you just felt through your hair was the joke flying over your head.

Although, if English isn't your first language, it's understandable that you would miss the Manual/Manuel pun.

Is this a fishing tackle gear box or a hobby gear box? I have found in the past that most of these gear boxes are manual and never big enough.

Is this a one off, or are you going to mass produce?? Are you sure you have to "design" one?? Have you checked for "off the shelf" items? The range and options of gearboxes are very wide and I would consider actually designing one a last resort (I have had to resort in the past, but only after a thorough search). There are many, many manufacturers out there already with the engineering expertise at your disposal.

Dear Mr.Manuel Dad.

Pl. take and study the book on GEAR DESIGN by Mr. MAITRI. It is an excellent book.

I have a soft copy of the book (about 264 Pages) and I will post here shortly.
