800XA Software

Can anyone tell me the procedure to make a faceplate in ABB 800Xa software.

Well, read The F-Manual or take classes - I'm sure you can find where to go to do this.

Well, you get yourself a pencil and a plate, and I assume you already have a face, although, Mr. Anonymous, you don't seem to have a name to go with it. And a pair of scissors to cut the plate with.

Hold up the plate to your face. Draw the outline of your face on the plate, using the (sharpened) pencil. Be careful not to put your eye out.

Take the scissors in one hand, the plate in the other, and try to cut out the outline of your face in the plate. If not working, move to the cutting torch right away, but hold the plate further away, and wear some leather gloves. Wear your safety goggles.

Once the outline is cut away from the outlying areas of the material, you will have one face-plate, and you won't even need ABB software.
