Thanks Andrew, I saw few models of T640 in ebay, it is unfortunate the same is not match with the model that I am looking for. I checked with Eurotherm for replacement and it works out very costly scope. this Eurotherm is working along with OMRON PLC and the situation will come such that I have to change OMRON PLC to new model and Eurotherm to newer PLC based controller verstion. Hence looking for different way to resolve. still looking

thanks and best regards

Be careful not to constrain the problem beyond the point where solutions still remain.

Dude: you need to wake up! You knew the day you installed that, that today in 2017 it would be obsolete, malfunctioned, or stepped on by the Craken.

So just stop crying, and go buy new.

You can use Siemens DR20, DR22 or DR24 depending on your application

Why not replace the Eurotherms with Omron thermocouple cards and perform the PID directly from the PLC? We do this all the time with our extruder control systems. Otherwise in the near future you will be searching yet again for more Eurotherms.
