Pipe and Tube

hi everyone . am a entry level in piping.

please tell me the difference between pipe and tube. i need an clear explanation .

i just gathered pipe is identified through DN and tube by OD. beyond this any difference in temp, press, schedule, chemical composition,rigid, felxible etc. please explain me.

tubing tends to refer to a flexible line where pipe is solid and non flexible
