400kV Voltage Transformer Testing

can anyone please tell me that why testing of 400kV voltage transformer at induced voltage of 650kV at 70-100Hz, can't this be tested at power frequency voltage withstand test(at 50Hz, 650kV)

Yes. The individual who wrote the test protocol document can do that. Alas, the document cannot be seen from here so no-one else in the forum would know whom to ask.

You need to return to Square #1 in the game, that is the square where you should must make that telephone call to whomever set up the test.

One thing I can definitely state: Air gap impedance is less at higher frequencies. Does that help you?

maybe something to do with the amount of iron in the core, the translation of your question, and the facts of what you want to do aren't particularly clear...
