1) Please stop shouting.

2) As this is not a "guess the picture" post you need to provide more information to help us as just a photo with no other information will only get you guesses I am afraid.

Touché!

After determining that it is an L150 (i.e., overall size), then the two shaft sizes must be specified, and the "spider" material.

Sure. This is a several step process:

  • Identify the coupling, down to maker and part number as a minimum, and serial number as an ideal. This may be
    • on the coupling itself, or
    • in the maintenance information that the facility has on file, or
    • in the commissioning records for the equipment when it was originally installed, or
    • on an "as built" mechanical general arrangement drawing that the facility has on file, or
    • some other way

none of these can be seen from here.

  • Contact the maker by telephone, describing the coupling and the part number (though a serial number would be better), and get the maker to send a quotation for a replacement.
  • Use the commercial organisation at the facility to either place a purchase order on account or to order over the telephone using a business credit card.
  • When the package arrives, check that the item is the one ordered. If it is wrong, contact the maker by telephone in order to resolve the matter.
  • Take the delivered correct part to the equipment and, using the facility's standard machinery isolation procedures and permit-to-work systems, have the part fitted by a suitably experienced Artisan. Only, DON'T SHOUT AT THE ARTISAN IN THE SAME WAY AS SHOUTING IN THE ORIGINAL POST. People bring their own motivation to the workplace and the last thing one needs to do is to turn people off by SHOUTING.

That's all there is to it.

Probably a Lovejoy (or equivalent) L070 with BUNA rubber spider for 0.750" shaft.
