CNC HAP

My CNC HAP 6500 when I started it shows on ponz A1 device 0 fault .and did not work any thing what can I do for this issues

If that doesn't work then you probably have a safety control open.....You need to locate the wiring diagram of your device and trace out the circuits, or get somebody who knows how this is done, and find the problem....

IGet the owners manual, and find what/where pons A1 device is, and inspect it. It could be anything,

  • over travel,
  • debris in the sensor,
  • device failure
  • out of timing...

Just to name a few

One can always pick up the phone and talk to the original equipment manufacturer for guidance.
