Start by phoning Schneider Customer Support. Talk the problem through with them.

OK. Start by listing the help that was received during the telephone call(s), so that these things can be eliminated from the list, which course of action will enable the forum to focus on other things.

This problem will probably not become resolved by endless postings and repostings. Please use the telephone to contact Schneider directly: it is by far the quickest way to resolve the problem as it does not involve interminable waiting for someone on CR4 to respond.

At the time of posting, it was night-time at the location of #3⇑, for example, and the population there area is pre-occupied with activity embracing the Great American Eclipse.

That drive doesn't have accessory cards, so most likely the problem is that you have a HMI from a different drive, or a bad HMI. The cure is to reset to factory defaults. If you can't access the drive to reset to factory defaults, that points to it being a defective HMI and you will need to teplace it.

Heck I was just going to say something silly like reboot with factory default settings. But what do I know, I am a lumberjack's grandson, and a farm boy at that.

Have you read the manual (or downloaded the manual from Schneider's website and read it). I haven't on this model, but it sounds like the drive needs to be reset and reprogrammed with the correct parameters as somehow it has got one or more corrupted or reset-back-to-factory-default, hence the loss of keyboard control (which is selectable but not necessary setup by default).

Again this is all an educated guess.
