Here are the questions. P.S. Please do not answer the first question I think it is against the rules.

  1. Name, title, contact info (work phone & email, company name, location, job title)
  2. What are your duties and responsibilities as a _________ engineer?
  3. How many employees in your company? How many work under you?
  4. What is your specialty in _________ engineering?
  5. How many hours is a typical work day?
  6. Can you do any telecommuting?
  7. What % of your workday is spent at a computer? Office? Worksite? Other?
  8. What type of math is used in your job?
  9. In your opinion, what are some advantages & disadvantages of your job?
  10. What is your salary range? Benefits? Are you paid over time?
  11. How much vacation time per year?
  12. Are promotions possible, and how long before promotion can be expected
  13. Are you required to travel on the job?
  14. Are there any physical requirements?
  15. What type of high school courses would be helpful for this career?
  16. What university did you get your degree from? How long did it take?
  17. Why did you choose _________ engineering?
  18. Do you enjoy your career?
  19. Does where you live affect this career?

Asked politely? Check. Read the rules? Check. So few newcomers respect this forum as you have! Welcome!

I'll do what I can:

Good luck to you, and welcome to CR4!

You're welcome!

Sorry for the format. The editor here will not let one indent, or use tiered heading schemes, so I wrote it in Word and then took snips and posted them as images.

It would have made it so you could copy and paste . All is well though. You will have to spend time on getting this asignment done, and that is good!

Keep applying yourself. This will be worth it! This is a crucial time for you right now. Keep studying and bearing down. The perseverance that you do now has its own reward. Keep going!
