Apply the appropriate voltage to the coil, you should hear it click in.

Measure continuity across the switch contacts. As you click it in and out the contacts should make and break.

What do you wanta know about it? Do you care what the pull-in voltage is? The drop-out? How about holdup time? Do the contacts weld? Does it work on DC and reject AC?
