Does anyone here know what is the maximum temperature that Milliput or any other brand of epoxy putty can withstand?

According to Milliput's website, Milliput is temperature-resistant up to 130degC.

Please check the strength curve for that temperature as some do state strength deteriation above a certain level.

Also most will give you a time limit to certain temperatures so they will comfortably sit at one temp but can withstand a higher for 30 minutes or so.

No, but I am using it to hold the case of my electric grill together that broke when I dropped it on the cement. It's been holding just fine for two years - never melted, never caught on fire. Hope that helps.
