If you are a sugar engineer then definitely you will be knowing the name of E.Hugot who has written sugar engineering hand book and the same is widely accepted by all sugar industry in the world. All your querries will be cleared if you go through this book. Also one more author called Tromp who has written exclusively book on mills.

Hi

You need to be more direct when asking for assistance.....sugar mills have a number of calculations like how much grease to use and settings like what pressure is to be applied to the cane and how many stations will do just that..You also need to say where you are as there are people who know the sugar industry in different parts of the world. africa, south america, noth america,india,aussie......all use the same ..squash the cane untill all juice is out....then they differ...so where do you want to start....mmmm
