AT Commands for Sending Emails Via a GPRS Modem

04/02/2008 7:26 AM

Does anyone know of a sequence of AT commands that I can manually apply to a cellular modem (Wavecom) to send an email? I am connecting to the unit directly via HyperTerminal and can send SMS messages no problem but can't seem to get an email out. The manual just lists the AT commands and their respective functions without providing a sequence to follow. The SIM has been enabled and can (in another device) send emails. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Ian.

Dunno if this is the right one, but it came up pretty quick on the internet. If this one doesn't work, take a look around. There may be more.

Hi bubbapebi, Thanks for the link. Alas I eventually managed to get the thing to work (yesterday afternoon) following a long old slog pouring through my manual setting-by-setting (100 odd pages). Anyhow, thanks again for taking the time to help.
