How to manufacture Lithium Ion Polymer batteries for Electric vehicles

I am interested in manufacturing of Lithium Ion Polymer batteries for use in Electric vehicles to save the environment and as well as to reduce the dependence on fossil fuels which are depleting rapidly. If anybody knows then please help me to save the environment.

How are you going to charge these batteries?

Are you going to make these batteries without using any form of fossil fuel?

The knowledge I may have is not mine to give.

Your best option would be to manufacture under licence or contract.

can you tell give the details of who is willing to give the licence or contract if you know.

The batteries can be charged by electricity generated from hydroelectric projects or nuclear power installations
