It is inherently difficult to give this kind of advice. You are the one, who has to do some serious assessment (maybe with some personal help) of your own capabilities and inclinations. I did not say, what you are capable producing now, but what are you good at, as an indication, what you might be good later at.

I, for example, am good at hardware. High speed and troubleshooting too. Did some programming too. BUT, no interest in it beyond bringing the hardware alive. There are plenty of people who like to programm in the abstract only. Both are needed, but they are as different as a fish and a neem tree.

All of the listed areas got to be good for employment, as needed for the forseeable future.

Hi,

See, the options that you are giving yourself are having totally different future demands. These all have their own specialized areas.

Taking Embedded as an example, if you get both harware & software excel in that training then you can establish your own business, because its software & harware support is easily accesible. But its advancement is already touching sky so after going into business you need not put more effort.

But VLSI is a field that is in progress, so even in foreign countries its requirement is more.

But if you like to go in totally software field & want to make & establish your carrier within certain software companies so JAVA is not a bad option.

Similarly I think you can judge others also. But the thing is whatever you do, just do it in such a way that you come to know every minute things also. that will be a great benefit for you. One more thing also give importance to your interest its a bit more important in taking a right decision.

As a student, check your syllabus and see which is most relevant, alternatively obey your 'taste' and make your choice as no knowledge is a waste. You'll find them useful as you climb.

Cheers,

Mr. Manoj

it's totally depend upon what you want to do next.

as all fields are there spec and requirement are different.

if you wan't to make your future in specific field chose that one. in common way

not specific then go for Embedded Robotics as it cover hardware and software as well

be sure with scores.
