What the heck would a reverse kWh device be?

kWh is a measurement of energy. You want a device to measure anti-energy then?

You might set a powerful magnet next to your power meter, but then you might have to explain to the power company why you would try to steal thier power. Do not pass GO; go directly to jail.

Yes, it is true that a reverse kWh Device exist. But it works only on Electromechanical Meter with rotating disc. It is quiet expensive. But nowadays, most meter has anti-reverse system and others are electronic type. It is wise to have a Power Saver to reduce from 10 to 40% of consumption. Hope this information is useful.
