	I have a VHF circuit with RF mosfet MRF151G failed.Can I replace MRF151G by BLF278? Does any one can help me solved this problem? Thank in advance!

	Depends on the circuit. The MRF is a higher power device with a higher Vds rating (without looking at any of the other details) - you'd need to check what the circuit operating parameters are. __________________ No offence intended. E&OE. Don't shoot the messenger.
