Oh! Then it must be an erector set model of a solar elevator...that lifts little feather pillows? Just kidding. Not a very big photon collector, wouldn't you agree?

Came out in the 70's sometime when people were wondering what to do with these photo arrays. Some kind of school competion, I think. Then again Im not really sure. Just a guess. Lol
