SEED CONVEYING SYSTEM

Hai Everybody,can any one help me out how to convey sunflower seeds phneumatically for about 200 feet without much of damage to the seed through pipes like that of liquids.

  1. Please advise proposed tonnage per hour of the seeds.
  2. Are the seeds later to be used for human consumption?

Dear

  1. proposed tonnage per hour of the seeds is 12 tonnes.
  2. Yes, the seeds later to be used for human consumption.

You will need a dense phase pneumatic system (low velocity, high pressure) to avoid seed breakage. One company we have worked with is Macawber Engineering.
