There is a block called 'power-gui' in the power systems blockset. Inseart this anywhere in the model and run the solution. Then look in the harmonics section of the gui and pull up the appropriate signal.

Worked pretty well for my masters thesis - but if your interested in very high precision fft, you may need to dump the signal to a file and convert it manually in Matlab.
