Its not supposed to be bent or snapped, its a mechanical device with gears in it, used to take off lugs off a tire. I would like to know approximately how much it would cost to make this.

'lugs off a tire' just doesn't make any sense in the UK..

Even if I assume you mean 'tyre'... what are the lugs?

Tyres have nothing attached to them.. the wheel may have...but the tyre??? What am I missing???
